Dear Parents and Carers
Another half term is complete and we are feeling the summer vibes! It’s been wonderful to see the children using our outdoor spaces more and more this half term. They are certainly lucky to have so much space to explore. We are looking forward to sharing it with our whole school community on Friday 9th June at 2pm for our 70th Birthday picnic. Please do come along and donate some cakes in advance if you can.
We have had two external reviews of learning at BLPS so far in 2023, one focusing on our pastoral care and RE curriculum, the other focusing on writing. The reviewer spoke to children, staff, observed teaching and looked at our books. Feedback has been very positive on both occasions, and we have taken some development points on board to make our practice even better!
